2022 - 2023 Board Members
The San Lorenzo Foundation, founded in 1984, is a registered nonprofit California Corporation with a board of 12 directors, that includes an executive director. It holds monthly meetings with the Guardian of San Lorenzo and his staff to coordinate the volunteer and fundraising activities at San Lorenzo Seminary.
In accordance with its by-laws, the Foundation is the legal entity that administers the support of the Seminary and the volunteer efforts. Volunteers are called the "Friends of San Lorenzo." Our Friends and Volunteers demonstrate their support through donations of time, gifts and money to the Foundation and organize the annual fundraising gala under a lay chairperson. Held in September of each year, our Friends and Volunteers from all over California participate in the fundraiser. Many faiths and denominations are represented. In addition, the Foundation assists as needed in hosting other events to help the friars at the Seminary. Mission Statement
